What is your turnaround time?
Most orders ship in 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders may be available — call us to confirm.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For screen printing we recommend 12 pieces or more. Embroidery has no minimum.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) work best. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG at 300 DPI.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on quantity, garment type, number of print locations, and number of ink colors. Request a free quote and we will send a detailed breakdown.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes — rush production is available depending on current shop schedule. A small rush fee may apply.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes, in-store pickup is free at our Rojas Drive location. We also ship anywhere in the US.
